Shipping Policy

I. General Shipping Information

Upon placing your order, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days. After your order ships, the time it takes to arrive depends on the shipping method selected as well as the destination. Please allow 4-10 business days for UPS Ground or USPS to deliver your order. Postal delivery carries no guarantee and no accurate tracking method.

All shipping will be billed at a published shipping rate on your invoice.

No delivery hour is guaranteed by any of the shippers. Steady Bicycle Company does not guarantee any specific shipping delivery window.

II. International Shipments

Steady Bicycle Company ships products to select countries outside the United States and will assist its customers in determining the most efficient and economical shipping method possible. All international tariffs, duties, shipping charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any customs clearance fees and destination tariffs. Payments for international orders MUST BE MADE via bank wire transfer only. Credit cards will not be accepted on international orders. Steady Bicycle Company reserves the right to refuse international shipments at our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you immediately.

III. Back Orders

In the event that an item is not in stock, a back order will be created and remain open until inventory is received in our warehouse. Once the back ordered item arrives, the order will be shipped. Standard shipping rates will apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Steady Bicycle Company of any change of address or change in payment method. Back orders are not allowed on international orders. Back orders older than 90 days will automatically be cancelled.
