Warranty Policy

All Steady bicycles come with a lifetime warranty on the frame, forks, handle bars, and stem applicable to the original purchaser only.

How a bicycle is stored and maintained has a drastic impact on how it rides and how many problems it may or may not have long term. Per the standard of most bicycle manufacturers, problems or issues caused by wear and tear, upkeep and maintenance, or improper ways of storing a bicycle are not covered under the warranty. Steady Bicycle Company does not warranty tires, tire tubes, wheels / rims, grips, seats, spokes, bearings, hubs on the bicycles, or any hardware (screws, nuts and bolts) that may become stripped out from improper adjusting, the use of incorrect tools, or owner / assembler error.
